Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a large mixing bowl cream together the Unsalted Butter (1 cup) and Truvia® Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Stevia Leaf Sweetener (1 1/2 cups).

Add the Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and Egg (1). Mix for 1-2 minutes.

Add Salt (as needed), Baking Powder (as needed), All-Purpose Flour (2 1/4 cups), and mix to form a soft dough.

Scoop the dough out and roll into balls.

Place the balls on a lined baking sheet, and flatten down each ball.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly brown.
