Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Spray 8x4 inch loaf pan with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)
Whisk together the
All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups)
Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, mash the
until smooth, Stir in the
Unsalted Butter (1/3 cup)
Truvia® Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Stevia Leaf Sweetener (3/4 cup)
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
Large Egg (1)
Lightly fold the banana mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
Transfer the batter to a prepared loaf pan, about ¾ full.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a pick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove the loaf from the pan and transfer to a wire rack.
Store in a sealed container or wrap well with foil.
