*This banana bread has 120 calories and 3 grams of sugar per serving, compared to the full-sugar version which has 150 calories and 13 grams of sugar per serving.

Optional:

- If you don’t have ripe bananas use banana baby food instead, refer to the label to determine the amount that is equal to 2 bananas.

- Add ¼ cup dark chocolate chips.

- Add ¼ cup pecans or walnuts.

- Use an adjustable plunger measuring cup for measuring sticky messy ingredients.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Spray 8x4 inch loaf pan with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed).

Whisk together the All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups), Baking Soda (as needed), and Salt (as needed). Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, mash the Bananas (3) until smooth, Stir in the Unsalted Butter (1/3 cup).

Mix in Truvia® Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Stevia Leaf Sweetener (3/4 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), and Large Egg (1).

Lightly fold the banana mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.

Transfer the batter to a prepared loaf pan, about ¾ full.

Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a pick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.

Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove the loaf from the pan and transfer to a wire rack.
