Preheat the oven to 350 degrees C (180 degrees F).
Butter (3/4 cup)
until creamy; beat in
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can)
Egg Yolks (2)
. Sift the
All-Purpose Flour (2 cups)
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
Ground Ginger (1 tsp)
. Beat into the butter mixture until you get a smooth paste. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface; cut the dough into shapes with cookie cutters. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup)
Water (2 Tbsp)
until smooth. Divide into 4 parts and add a little
Food Coloring (as needed)
to each one.
Decorate the cookies with icing; let dry.
