Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line an 8-inch-square baking pan with foil and spray with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)

Combine the
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
,
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup)
,
Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
,
Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp)
,
Ground Ginger (1/4 tsp)
, and
Sea Salt (1/2 tsp)
in a medium bowl.
Step 3
Microwave the
Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup)
and
La Lechera® Dulce de Leche (1/2 cup)
in a large bowl until butter is melted; stir well. Add the
Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)
and mix well. Stir in the
100% Pumpkin Purée (1 cup)
and
Large Egg (1)
. Add the flour mixture and stir just until combined. Pour into prepared pan.
Step 4
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan.
Step 5
Lift from the pan using foil and remove the foil. Cut into bars.
