Author's Notes

To make the cooking easier, store-bought Chili Lime Mayo is also great!

As you are making the patties, try to keep the butter as solid as possible, so move quickly without holding on to the patties for too long.

If you are not moving to the skillet immediately after forming the patties, place them on pre-cut parchment paper that fits the size of the patties. As this patty is very sticky, transferring it with parchment paper will make the cooking process much easier.
Cooking InstructionsHide images
step 1
In a large mixing bowl, very roughly combine the Ground Turkey (1.5 lb), Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp), Dijon Mustard (1 1/2 Tbsp), Ketchup (1 Tbsp), minced Garlic (3 cloves), Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp), Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), Salt (1/4 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp). Then add in the Butter (2 Tbsp) and evenly mix, and form 4 flat patties with your hands. The patties are on the stickier side so try to use gloves or coat your hands with oil to help.
step 2
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp). Cook the patties for about 5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. The butter will come out as the patties are getting cooked, braise the patties with the oil for extra rich flavors.
step 3
While the burger is cooking, make the chili lime mayo. In a small mixing bowl, mix the Mayonnaise (3/4 cup), Honey (1 tsp), Chipotle Chili Powder (1/2 tsp), Lime (1/2), Garlic (1 clove), and Salt (1/4 tsp) until well combined. Set aside.
step 4
Assemble the burgers in the Hamburger Buns (4) with Butter Lettuce (to taste), Red Onions (to taste), and Tomatoes (to taste). Enjoy with a side salad or fries!
