Step 1
Make the hoisin glaze by combining
Water (1/2 cup)

Soy Sauce (1/2 cup)
,
Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce (1/4 cup)
,
Jarred Minced Garlic (1 Tbsp)
,
Jarred Minced Ginger (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Honey (2 Tbsp)
in a small saucepan. Add the juice of one
Lime (1)
.
Step 2
Heat the saucepan over medium high heat. Reduce the glaze mixture by half then remove the pan from the heat.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Portion the
Salmon (1 lb)
into 4 fillets. Brush a baking sheet with
Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp)
.
Step 4
Brush the salmon with the glaze. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove the fillets and brush generously again with the glaze. Cook another 10 minutes or until fillets are cooked to your preference.
Step 5
Brush with additional glaze before serving and garnish with
Toasted White Sesame Seeds (to taste)
and
Scallions (to taste)
