Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Add the Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Honey (1/2 cup), Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Hoisin Sauce (2 Tbsp), Shaoxing Cooking Wine (1 1/2 Tbsp), Chinese Five Spice Powder (1 tsp), Ground White Pepper (1 tsp), Garlic (4 cloves), and Fresh Ginger (4 slices) to a pot. Mix to combine then heat it over medium heat and bring it to a bubble. Remove the pot from heat and set it aside.

Place a wire rack inside a roasting pan. Pour 1 cup of Water (1 cup) into the pan. Place the Bone-In Ham (3 lb) onto the wire rack, cut side down, and brush on the first layer of glaze. Wrap a sheet of aluminum foil over the ham and bake it in the oven for 35-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 130 degrees F (55 degrees C). Brush a coat of the glaze onto the ham every 15 minutes.

When the ham reaches 130 degrees F (55 degrees C), increase the oven temperature to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Brush another coat of the glaze onto the ham. Bake it for another 5-10 minutes, brushing a coat of the glaze onto it every 2-3 minutes. The ham should be very caramelized.
