In a small bowl, whisk together the Sweet Soy Sauce (2 1/2 Tbsp), Miso Paste (1 Tbsp) and Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (1/2 Tbsp).

In a wok or very large sauté pan add Coconut Oil (as needed), and cook the Vegan Bacon (6 slices) over medium heat until just gently crisped 6 to 7 minutes.
