Pour the Water (10 cups) into a large pot, add White Onion (1/2), Garlic (1 head), Bay Leaves (2), and Fresh Parsley (1/2 bunch) and bring to a boil over high heat. Then lower the heat to simmer, cover, and let it simmer for 10-30 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, mix Ketchup (1/2 cup), Horseradish (2 Tbsp), Hot Sauce (2 Tbsp), Worcestershire Sauce (1 tsp), Lemon Zest (1), and 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice Set aside.

Add the Large Shrimp (2 lb) to the pot, and turn off the heat. Let the shrimp sit for about 3 minutes, until the shrimp curl and turn pink. Scoop out the shrimp and place it into the ice water to cool down.

Drain and peel the shrimp before serving. Serve with the cocktail sauce.
