Start by boiling Elbow Macaroni (1 lb) in 4 quarts of water for 10 minutes. Strain and coat noodles with Olive Oil (1 Tbsp).

In a bowl combine Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise (1 1/2 cups), Spicy Brown Mustard (3 Tbsp), Red Wine Vinegar (3 Tbsp), Salt (1 tsp), Simply Organic Black Pepper, Medium Grind (1 tsp), Cajun Seasoning (2 Tbsp), and Smoked Paprika (2 tsp). Mix well.

Pour the wet mixture over the macaroni noodles and add in diced Celery (4 ribs) and diced White Onion (1/2).

Mix well and top with hard-boiled Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (4), Smoked Paprika and Fresh Parsley (to taste).
