Start by boiling Elbow Macaroni (1 lb) in 4 quarts of water for 10 minutes. Strain and coat noodles with Olive Oil (1 Tbsp).

In a bowl combine Mayonnaise (1 1/2 cups), Spicy Brown Mustard (3 Tbsp), Red Wine Vinegar (3 Tbsp), Salt (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp), Cajun Seasoning (2 Tbsp), and Smoked Paprika (1/2 Tbsp). Mix well.

Pour the wet mixture over the macaroni noodles and add in diced Celery (4 ribs) and diced White Onion (1/2).
