Step 1
Remove the
Sardines in Water (4 oz)
and place them on a plate. Using a fork break up into pieces.
Step 2
Add
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Scotch Bonnet Pepper (1/2)

Celery Leaves (1 Tbsp)
,
Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp)
,
Tomato (1)
, and the juice from
Lemon (1)
. Mix well.
Step 3
Lay the
Red Onion (1/4)
on top.
Step 4
Heat up the
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
in a pan over medium heat, pour over the sardines with the red onion on top. Mix, serve and enjoy with bread or crackers.
