Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs , separated

1 1/4 cups

Non-Fat Milk

•

1/3 cup

Canola Oil

Apple , washed, finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

In a medium bowl, add the sifted All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) and mix in Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend Mix of Stevia Sweetener and Cane Sugar (2 Tbsp) , Baking Powder (1 Tbsp) , Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (2 tsp) , and Salt (2 tsp) . Set aside.

In a small bowl, beat the Egg Whites (2) until stiff. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, beat the Egg Yolks well and stir in the Non-Fat Milk (1 1/4 cups) and Canola Oil (1/3 cup) .

Add sifted dry ingredients to the yolk mixture but lightly mix until just moist.

Fold in the egg whites.

Gently mix in the Apple (1) .

Bake in a preheated waffle maker until golden brown, approximately 4-5 minutes.
