Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Into the bowl of a stand mixer, add Salted Butter (1/2 cup) and Granulated Sugar (1 1/4 cup). Cream together for 8 minutes, stopping once halfway through to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Sift together Cake Flour (2 1/4 cup) and Baking Powder (3 teaspoon).
Switch the mixer to low and add in Egg (3) one at a time.
Add Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), Wilton® Treatology™ Creamy Vanilla Custard Flavor Concentrate (8 dash), and Vanilla Bean Paste (1/2 teaspoon). Mix until just combined.
Add half of the flour mixture and mix on low until just combined.
Add half of the Whole Milk (1 1/4 cup). Mix until combined.
Add half of the remaining flour, followed by the rest of the milk, mixing in between.
Add the last of the flour mixture. Mix until the batter is smooth.
Scoop the batter into a cupcake tin filled with cupcake liners.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Frost cupcakes as desired. Serve and enjoy!
