Step 1
Mince the

Onions (to taste)

In a large pot, add the
Bird Pick Organic Lapsang Souchong Tea Leaves (2 Tbsp)

Water (1/2 cup)

Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce (3 Tbsp)

Rice Vinegar (1 Tbsp)
,
Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp)
,
Bird Pick® Kamahi Honey (1 Tbsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Once at a boil, remove from heat and strain out the tea leaves.
Step 4
Let the marinade cool, and then it is ready for whatever you wish. Roast, bake, or grill as you please!
