Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F). Cut the Potato (5) into preferred shape.
Place the potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Toss them with Olive Oil (to taste), the juice of the Lemon (2), Ground Cumin (1 pinch), yellow Yellow Mustard (1 tablespoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Place the potaotes on a sheet pan. Add a half glass of water. Cover the tray with aluminium foil and bake for an hour. Meanwhile prepare the burgers.
Blend together the peeled Carrot (1), Onion (1), Tomato (2), Garlic (1 clove), Distilled White Vinegar (1 tablespoon), and Olive Oil (1 tablespoon).
In a large mixing bowl, add Ground Beef (200 gram) and Ground Pork (200 gram). Add the blender mixture, Dried Oregano (1 teaspoon), Breadcrumbs (6 tablespoon), and Salt and Pepper (to taste).
While wearing latex gloves, mix very well and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes, while potatoes are still being baked. After 15 minutes, form the mixture into medium-sized burgers.
When the hour has passed remove the potatoes from the oven. Remove the foil and place the burger patties on top of them. Return the tray to the oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
