Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Melt
Butter (2/3 cup)
in a saucepan over low heat. Cool for 10 minutes. Pour melted butter into large bowl.

Stir in
Brown Sugar (2 1/4 cups)
and then beat with an electric mixer until smooth.

Add
Eggs (3)
and beat until smooth.
5.
In a separate, medium-sized bowl, mix
All-Purpose Flour (2 2/3 cups)
,
Baking Powder (1 Tbsp)
and
Salt (1 tsp)
.
6.
Combine dry ingredients with butter mixture.
7.
Add
Butterscotch Chips (1 cup)
.
8.
Add
Chopped Pecans (1 cup)
, stirring until completely mixed.
9.
Spread batter evenly into a greased 15 by 10-inch pan or glass baking dish.
10.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the deepest part comes out clean.
11.
Cool blondies in pan. Cut into 2-inch by 2 1/2-inch bars.
12.
Transfer to a nice serving plate. Yummy!
