Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 420 degrees F (215 degrees C).
2.
Season the Turkey Wings (2) and Turkey Drumettes (2) with Kosher Salt (to taste), Soy Sauce (to taste), Garlic Paste (to taste) and Sriracha (to taste).
3.
In a baking pan, mix 3 cups of White Wine (3 cups), 6 cups of Chicken Stock (6 cups), 2 cups of Tomatoes (2 cups), Onions (2).
4.
Add the wings skin side down and braise in preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
5.
After this, turn the turkey to the other side and cook for another 1 to 2 hours until very tender, but not falling apart.
6.
Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
