Step 1
Preheat oven to 420 degrees F (215 degrees C).
Step 2
Season the Turkey Wings (2) and Turkey Drumettes (2) with Kosher Salt (to taste) , Soy Sauce (to taste) , Garlic Paste (to taste) and Sriracha (to taste) .
Step 3
In a baking pan, mix 3 cups of White Wine (3 cups) , 6 cups of Chicken Stock (6 cups) , 2 cups of Tomatoes (2 cups) , Onions (2) .
Step 4
Add the wings skin side down and braise in preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Step 5
After this, turn the turkey to the other side and cook for another 1 to 2 hours until very tender, but not falling apart.
Step 6
Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
