Preheat oven to 420 degrees F (215 degrees C).
Season the Turkey Wing (2) and Turkey Drumette (2) with Kosher Salt (to taste), Soy Sauce (to taste), Garlic Paste (to taste) and Sriracha (to taste).
In a baking pan, mix 3 cups of White Wine (3 cup), 6 cups of Chicken Stock (6 cup), 2 cups of Tomato (2 cup), Onion (2).
Add the wings skin side down and braise in preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
After this, turn the turkey to the other side and cook for another 1 to 2 hours until very tender, but not falling apart.
Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
