Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil, add Garlic (1 clove) and Broccoli (1 head), toss to coat.

Add 1/4 cup of water, cover and cook until the broccoli is at desired tenderness. Set aside.

Pour the Eggland's Best Liquid Egg Whites (4 cups) into a bowl, whisk in the Milk (4 Tbsp), Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

To the mixing bowl, add the broccoli and Red Bell Pepper (1) and stir until well incorporated.

Add 4 tablespoons of Oil (4 Tbsp) to coat a 11x9 baking dish.

Pour egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Place in oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
