In a small bowl, combine Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (as needed), Lemon Pepper (as needed), Ground Ginger (as needed), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (1 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (as needed). Stir until well combined.

Place Boneless Pork Loin (2.5 lb) in slow cooker, rub spice mixture all over pork, then drizzle Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tbsp) over top.

Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, until pork shreds easily with a fork.

Serve with slaw and your favorite Barbecue Sauce (to taste), if desired.

In a large bowl, combine Green Cabbage (2 cups), Red Cabbage (1 cup), and Carrots (4 Tbsp). Toss until well mixed.

In a small bowl, combine Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tsp), Granulated Sugar (1 tsp), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Whisk vigorously until well blended. Pour over cabbage and carrot, then toss until evenly distributed.
