Step 1
Add
Honey (1/2 Tbsp)

Olive Oil (1/4 cup)

Salt (to taste)

Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
to a small mixing bowl. Mix until it’s nicely combined.

Balsamic Vinegar (2 Tbsp)
and mix well to make vinaigrette. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
Step 3
Separate the leaves from the
Romaine Lettuce (1 head)
. First, slice them vertically and then chop it up. Place in a large bowl.

Peel and slice the
Red Onion (1/2)

Peel and separate the
Mandarin Orange (1)
into wedges.
Step 6
Finely chop the
Fresh Basil Leaves (4)

Step 7
Layer the mandarin orange and red onion over the romaine lettuce.
Step 8
Crumble the
Feta Cheese (1/2 cup)
over the salad and drizzle the vinaigrette on top.
