Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add Honey (1/2 Tbsp) , Olive Oil (1/4 cup) , Salt and Pepper (to taste) to a small mixing bowl. Mix until it’s nicely combined.
Step 2
Add Balsamic Vinegar (2 Tbsp) and mix well to make vinaigrette. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
Step 3
Separate the leaves from the Romaine Lettuce (1 head) . First, slice them vertically and then chop it up. Place in a large bowl.
Step 4
Peel and slice the Red Onion (1/2) .
Step 5
Peel and separate the Mandarin Orange (1) into wedges.
Step 6
Finely chop the Fresh Basil Leaves (4) .
Step 7
Layer the mandarin orange and red onion over the romaine lettuce.
Step 8
Crumble the Feta Cheese (1/2 cup) over the salad and drizzle the vinaigrette on top.
Step 9
Serve and enjoy your Orange Basil Salad with honey Balsamic Vinaigrette.
