Add Honey (2 teaspoon), Olive Oil (4 tablespoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste) to a small mixing bowl. Mix until it’s nicely combined.
Add Balsamic Vinegar (2 tablespoon) and mix well to make vinaigrette. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
Separate the leaves from the Romaine Lettuce (1 head). First, slice them vertically and then chop it up. Place in a large bowl.
Peel and slice the Red Onion (1/2) .
Peel and separate the Mandarin Orange (1) into wedges.
Finely chop the Fresh Basil Leaf (4).
Layer the mandarin orange and red onion over the romaine lettuce.
Crumble the Feta Cheese (1/2 cup) over the salad and drizzle the vinaigrette on top.
