Heat Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) in medium pot over medium heat. Stir in Green Bell Pepper (1), Onion (1), and Jarred Minced Garlic (2 Tbsp); cook until tender, 5-7 minutes. Add Ground Turkey (1 lb), Ground Cumin (1 1/2 Tbsp), and Adobo Seasoning (to taste). Cook, breaking up turkey with spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes.

Stir in GOYA® Red Kidney Beans (2 cans), Tomato Sauce (2 cans), 1 cup water, and Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (1); bring liquid to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer until chili thickens and flavors come together, about 10 minutes. Season with Adobo Seasoning (to taste).
