Cooking Instructions

Place a skillet over med/low heat. Spray the pan with nonstick spray.
2.
Add the Eggland's Best Liquid Egg Whites (2 cups), Fresh Dill (2 Tbsp), and Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp). Cook until fluffy.
3.
Toast the English Muffins (3). Spread Basil Pesto (3 Tbsp) evenly on each English muffin.
4.
Top with a slice of Tomato (1) and divide the egg whites on top of each muffin.
5.
Sprinkle the top with a pinch of Salt (1 pinch) and enjoy!
