Add Green Cabbage (6 cups) and Apples (4 cups) to a large bowl, followed the Dried Cranberries (3/4 cup) and Pepitas (1/2 cup). Toss to combine.

In a separate small bowl, add Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup), Avocado Oil Mayonnaise (1/4 cup), Maple Syrup (1/4 cup), Apple Cider Vinegar (2 Tbsp), Sea Salt (1/4 tsp) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/8 tsp), stir until thoroughly mixed with no lumps.
