Add Green Cabbage (6 cups) and Apples (4 cups) to a large bowl, followed the Dried Cranberries (3/4 cup) and Pepitas (1/2 cup). Toss to combine.

In a separate small bowl, add Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup), Avocado Oil Mayonnaise (4 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp), Apple Cider Vinegar (2 Tbsp), Sea Salt (as needed) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (as needed), stir until thoroughly mixed with no lumps.
