Add Green Cabbage (6 cup) and Apple (4 cup) to a large bowl, followed the Dried Cranberries (3/4 cup) and Pumpkin Seeds (1/2 cup). Toss to combine.
In a separate small bowl, add Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup), Avocado Oil Mayonnaise (1/4 cup), Maple Syrup (1/4 cup), Apple Cider Vinegar (2 tablespoon), Sea Salt (1/4 teaspoon) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/8 teaspoon), stir until thoroughly mixed with no lumps.
Pour yogurt dressing over cabbage and apples, toss to coat and serve.
You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
