Step 1
Add Green Cabbage (6 cups) and Apples (4 cups) to a large bowl, followed the Dried Cranberries (3/4 cup) and Pumpkin Seeds (1/2 cup) . Toss to combine.
Step 2
In a separate small bowl, add Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup) , Avocado Oil Mayonnaise (1/4 cup) , Maple Syrup (1/4 cup) , Apple Cider Vinegar (2 Tbsp) , Sea Salt (1/4 tsp) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/8 tsp) , stir until thoroughly mixed with no lumps.
Step 3
Pour yogurt dressing over cabbage and apples, toss to coat and serve. 
You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
