Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat Cooking Oil (as needed) in a medium non-stick skillet over low heat, until slightly shimmering. Crack Eggs (3) into the hot skillet. Cook to your desired level of doneness.
2.
Spread a generous amount of Mayonnaise (to taste) on Sourdough Bread (2 slices).
3.
Add as much as you desire of Smoked Salmon (to taste) to the bread.
Top with the fried eggs, Sriracha (to taste) and Fresh Chives (to taste).
