Cut the Zucchini (1) into thin strips.
In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, Dried Shrimp Powder (3 tablespoon), and Corn Starch (3 tablespoon). Season with Salt (to taste) and mix again.
Let sit 30 minutes to draw the moisture from zucchini.
Heat Olive Oil (3 tablespoon) in a pan over medium heat for 1 minute.
Pour batter into pan, and spread evenly. Let cook until bottom is golden, then flip. Cook until done.
Serve as a side dish, and enjoy!
