Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Cut the Zucchini (1) into thin strips.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, Shrimp Powder (3 tablespoon), and Corn Starch (3 tablespoon). Season with Salt (to taste) and mix again.
Step 3
Let sit 30 minutes to draw the moisture from zucchini.
Step 4
Heat Olive Oil (3 tablespoon) in a pan over medium heat for 1 minute.
Step 5
Pour batter into pan, and spread evenly. Let cook until bottom is golden, then flip. Cook until done.
Step 6
Serve as a side dish, and enjoy!
