In a large bowl, combine the zucchini,
Shrimp Powder (3 Tbsp)
Corn Starch (3 Tbsp)
. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and mix again.
Let sit 30 minutes to draw the moisture from zucchini.
Olive Oil (3 Tbsp)
in a pan over medium heat for 1 minute.
Pour batter into pan, and spread evenly. Let cook until bottom is golden, then flip. Cook until done.
Serve as a side dish, and enjoy!
