Heat a skillet on medium heat, and add Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) and the Onion (1/2). Sauté for a few minutes until they begin to brown, then remove from heat and set aside.
Combine Ground Pork (250 gram), Salt (1 pinch), Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch), Ground Nutmeg (1 pinch), Egg (1), Breadcrumbs (40 gram), and the onion in a bowl.
Mix all the ingredients together using your hands or a fork, then form meatballs of about 25-30 g each. Coat them in All-Purpose Flour (1 cup).
Melt Unsalted Butter (30 gram) and sauté the meatballs in a skillet for a couple of minutes.
Add the Beer (150 milliliter) and the juice of Lemon (1/2) to the skillet and stir. Turn the burner to medium-high and let them cook until all the liquid has been absorbed.
Serve immediately with pasta or any side you prefer.
