Preheat your oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a large bowl break up the Bread (14 oz) into smaller pieces. Add Milk (4 cups) and let it absorb and soften for 30 minutes while moving it around every now and then.

After the milk has been absorbed into the bread, use your hands break the bread apart into a creamy consistency.

Next add Eggs (2), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (4 Tbsp) and mix thoroughly.

Add in the Walnuts (to taste), Pine Nuts (to taste), Almonds (to taste), Sultanas (to taste), Apples (2), Butter (2.5 oz), Amaretti Biscuits (to taste) and mix well.

Using a round baking tin cut the baking paper into a round shape and place at the bottom. Butter (to taste) the pan and spread some Breadcrumbs (to taste) all around to prevent sticking.

Add the batter into the round baking tin and using a spoon even it out over the top. Sprinkle some more Breadcrumbs (to taste) and pieces of Butter (to taste). Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.

Decorate with Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste), slice, and serve.
