Cooking Instructions

Remove the root ends from the Fresh Spinach (6 2/3 cups) with a knife or scissors and wash thoroughly under running water.
Step 2
Bring a pot of Water (3 1/3 cups) and half a teaspoon of the Salt (1/2 tsp) to a boil and cook the spinach for 2 minutes.
