Cooking Instructions

Heat a small frying pan over medium heat and brush with Olive Oil (1 tsp).

Add the Crumbled Feta Cheese (2 Tbsp) in a circle around the pan. Allow the feta cheese to cook for 1 to 2 minutes until sizzling.

Gently crack the Eggland’s Best Free Range Egg (1) in the middle of the pan. Season with Dried Oregano (to taste), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste), Salt (to taste) (very light or optional), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Cook until the feta turns golden/brown and the egg is cooked to your preference, medium or runny. Warm the Flour Tortilla (1) on a gas stove or pan. Top with the sliced Avocado (1/2), drizzle with Lime Juice (1 tsp), and smash with a fork. Carefully top with the fried egg and enjoy!
