Cooking Instructions
1.
Into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, add All-Purpose Flour (1 cup),
Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2), and Salt (1/2 tsp). Knead for 6 minutes.
2.
Remove dough and knead with your hands until smooth.
3.
Cover dough with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.
4.
Cut dough into four pieces. Roll each one out.
5.
Fold both ends of each piece of dough in towards the center, then roll it out again.
6.
Repeat this process six times. Roll the dough out as thinly as possible.
7.
Let dough sit for 25 minutes.
8.
Roll the dough up halfway. Cut it horizontally, about 1/4-inch thick. After you cut the dough, unravel each piece to form fettuccine noodles.
9.
Sprinkle noodles with flour and toss together.
10.
Boil water, and cook pasta for 3-4 minutes, until al dente.
11.
In a pan, melt the Salted Butter (2 1/2 Tbsp). Add the Shrimp (4.5 oz) and season with Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp). Cook for 2 minutes on each side, stirring occasionally to make sure shrimp is coated.
