Into a mug, crack to Egg (2) and whisk. Add Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Add Sharp Cheddar Cheese (2 tablespoon).
Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes on high.
Top with Salsa (to taste). Slice the Avocado (1/2) legthwise then crosswise.
Spoon avocado into the mug.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
