Into a mug, crack to Eggs (2) and whisk. Add Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 2
Add Sharp Cheddar Cheese (2 Tbsp) .
Step 3
Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes on high.

Top with Salsa (to taste) . Slice the Avocado (1/2) legthwise then crosswise.
Step 5
Spoon avocado into the mug.
