Spiralize the Zucchini (1) in a spiralizer. Add to a skillet, and saute with Olive Oil (as needed) for 2 minutes, or until desired texture is achieved.
Step 2
Add Pasta Sauce (to taste) and Vegan Ground Beef (to taste) . Heat up, and plate. Top with Vegan Mozzarella Cheese (to taste) .
