Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Into a pan, add
Unsalted Butter (2 1/2 Tbsp)
. Warm until butter is slightly browned.
Add potato wedges and season with
Dried Parsley (1 Tbsp)
Dried Basil (1/2 tsp)
Dried Rosemary (1/2 tsp)
Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Serve warm and enjoy!
