Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
Cut Potatoes (4) into wedges.
Step 3
Into a pan, add Unsalted Butter (2 1/2 Tbsp) . Warm until butter is slightly browned.
Step 4
Add potato wedges and season with Dried Parsley (1 Tbsp) , Dried Basil (1/2 tsp) , Dried Rosemary (1/2 tsp) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Step 6
Serve warm and enjoy!
