Into a pot, add Cooking Oil (1/4 cup). Stir in Tomato Sauce (1/4 cup), Sofrito Sauce (2 teaspoon), Chicken Bouillon Powder (1 package), and Goya® Sazon con Culantro y Achiote (1 package).
Add the Short Grain White Rice (2 cup), Vienna Sausages (2 can), Water (2 cup), and Salt (to taste). Stir.
Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Cover and let cook for 15-20 minutes, or until water is evaporated. Stir halfway through.
Serve with sides of choice and enjoy!
