These muffins are inspired by my love for Meatball Sandwiches, and by the Meatball Bubble Biscuits that I have seen on Pinterest. These are made with bread dough instead of Pillsbury Biscuits and like the Bubble biscuit, are stuffed with meatballs and cheese. They are Mm Mm good.

Ingredients

Frozen Dinner Rolls
, thawed

Meatballs
•

slices
Mozzarella Cheese
or Provolone Cheese
•
to taste
Marinara Sauce
Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Roll and stretch out each
Dinner Rolls (24)
until it is about 4 inches across. Top with a slice of
Mozzarella Cheese (24 slices)
.

Add the
Meatballs (24)
.
3.
Stretch dough over meatball and cheese.
4.
Squeeze dough together at the seems, to form a dough ball.
5.
Place in greased Muffin Tin. Allow to rise 30 - 45 minutes, or until doubled in size.
6.
Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
7.
Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes before serving. Serve with
Marinara Sauce (to taste)
for dipping. Enjoy!
