Step 2
Combine
Mayonnaise (1/4 cup)

Crème Fraîche (1/4 cup)

Ground White Pepper (1/8 tsp)
and
Sea Salt (1/8 tsp)
.
Step 3
Gently fold the dressing into the pea mixture to evenly coat. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
Step 4
Add

prior to serving, and garnish with
Pea Shoots (1 handful)
