Chop the Onion (1) and Garlic (1 clove). Saute them in a large pan with Oil (to taste) and Butter (to taste) until they have softened and caramelized about 20 minutes.
While the onion is frying, put the Chicken Soup (250 milliliter) in a pot and bring it to a boil.
When the onion and the garlic are done, put them in a earthen bowl. Add the Egg (1).
Slice the Baguette (3 slice). It does not need to be fresh bread. Add it to the bowl.
Add the chicken soup, Parmesan Cheese (to taste) and Cheddar Cheese (to taste) to the bowl.
Broil in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove it from the oven carefully, it will be really hot. Serve and enjoy!
