Step 1
Saute the
Onion (1)
and
Garlic (1 clove)
in a large pan with
Oil (as needed)
and
Butter (to taste)
until they have softened and caramelized, for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
While the onion is frying, put the
Chicken Soup (1 cup)
in a pot and bring it to a boil.
Step 3
When the onion and the garlic are done, put them in a earthen bowl. Add the
Egg (1)
.
Step 4
Slice the
Baguettes (3 slices)
. It does not need to be fresh bread. Add it to the bowl.
Step 5
Add the chicken soup,
Parmesan Cheese (to taste)
and
Cheddar Cheese (to taste)
to the bowl.
Step 6
Broil in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove it from the oven carefully, it will be really hot. Serve and enjoy!
