Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).
Into the bowl of a stand mixer, add
Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cups)
All-Purpose Flour (2 2/3 cups)
Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
. Mix until well combined.
Into another bowl, add
Milk (1/3 cup)
. Beat with a fork to combine.
Into the dry ingredients, add
Butter (3/4 cup)
and half of the egg mixture. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes.
Turn speed up to medium and beat for another 2 minutes.
Add remaining egg mixture and beat until smooth.
Transfer batter into a greased bundt pan.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. It will depend on your oven. Press the top lightly- if it springs back its done.
Flip cake upsidown onto a plate and top with
Vanilla Frosting (to taste)
, or as desired. Serve in slices and enjoy!
