Pit and halve the Cherry (to taste). Peel, pit, and cut the Apricot (to taste). Add both to a bowl with the Fresh Blueberries (to taste) and sprinkle with Granulated Sugar (1/8 cup). Add the juice of the Lemon (1/2) and Riesling (1 splash). Toss well.
Whip Whipped Cream (to taste) in a large bowl, and gently fold in an equal amount of Mascarpone Cheese (to taste). Add in Granulated Sugar (1/8 cup), and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon).
Pour Simple Syrup (to taste) into a wide glass bowl and add a shot of Spiced Whiskey (1.5 fluid ounce). Soak the Ladyfingers (8) in the mixture, and line the bottom of a serving glass with them.
Top with a layer of cream, then a layer of fruit, before adding another layer of ladyfinger biscuits, and repeating.
Chill at least one hour, then top with more fruit, serve, and enjoy!
