Place Red Potatoes (3 cups) on sheet pan, drizzle with Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Fresh Rosemary (3 sprigs), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp), Salt (1 pinch), and Simply Organic Black Pepper, Medium Grind (1 pinch), and toss well to coat. For really caramelized potatoes, place the flesh sides down, they will get nice and flavorful.

Place in preheated oven, set at 425 degrees F (210 degrees C) and bake for 40 – 45 minutes.

Halfway through, add fresh Garlic (1 clove).

Let cool.
