Grate the Garlic (1 clove) into the Greek Yogurt (1 cup), stir to combine, and set aside.

Poach the Eggland’s Best Pasture Raised Eggs (4) in gently simmering water until cooked to your liking, then remove and set aside.

In a small pan, melt the Butter (2 Tbsp), stir in the Chili Powder (1 tsp), then remove from heat.
