In a food processor, add Doritos® Nacho Cheese Flavored Tortilla Chips (1 1/2 cups), Spicy Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips (1 1/2 cups), Paprika (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp), and McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp), and pulse until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs.

In a separate, shallow bowl, beat Eggs (4) until whites and yolks are well combined. In a third shallow bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups).

Set up a coating station: place cheese triangles to the far left-hand side, followed by flour bowl, followed by eggs wash, followed by Doritos. Finally, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, and set on the far right-hand side.

Take each triangle of cheese, and coat in flour. Quickly dip into the eggs wash, and then coat thoroughly in the Doritos crumbs. Lay onto a cookie sheet. Repeat. Freeze the Doritos-coated cheese triangles for at least 3 hours before frying.
