In a food processor, pulse
Beyond Meat® Chicken Strips (1 pckg)
until small chunks form. Remove, and place in a large bowl. You should only need to pulse a few times to get a chunky consistency.
Repeat, separately, with the
Vidalia Onion (1)
Celery (4 stalks)
Combine all chopped ingredients together, and add enough
Vegenaise (to taste)
to reach your desired consistency. Mix well.
Serve with alone, with
Crackers (to taste)
