Heat Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) over medium-high heat in large pan. Add Shallot (1) and sauté until translucent. Add Garlic (2 cloves) and sauté 30-45 seconds or until fragrant.

Use kitchen scissors to cut Canned Whole Peeled Tomatoes (3 1/2 cups) in half in can.

Add halved tomatoes, Canned Crushed Tomatoes (1 3/4 cups), GOYA® Chick Peas (2 cups), Kalamata Olives (1 cup), Sun-Dried Tomatoes (4 Tbsp), Tomato Paste (2 Tbsp), Dried Oregano (1 Tbsp) and Italian Seasoning (1/2 tsp) to shallot mixture; bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat to medium-low. Make 4 indents in tomato mixture with back of spoon.

Crack 1 Land O Lakes® Large Brown Eggs (4) into each indent and cover the pan. Cook 5-7 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness. Remove from heat; sprinkle with Fresh Parsley (as needed) and Crumbled Feta Cheese (to taste).
