In a small bowl combine White Rum (3/4 cup) and Earl Grey Tea (1 tablespoon). Allow mixture to sit for 1-2 hours.
Strain rum and add to a small pitcher. Add Orange Juice (1/2 cup), Apricot Brandy (1/4 cup), Lime Juice (1/4 cup), Lemon Juice (2 tablespoon), Honey (1 teaspoon), and Bitters (4 dash) and stir to combine.
Pour over Ice (to taste) and garnish with Fresh Mint Leaves (to taste) if desired.
