First, begin heating up your grill. Time will vary depending on grill type and size.
Cut the Boneless, Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (2) in half and cut into even-sized chunks.
Place the chicken chunks in a bowl. Add in a generous splash of Olive Oil (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Kosher Salt (to taste), juice of the Lemon (1) and Honey (2 tablespoon). Mix together well so that the spices coat all pieces of chicken evenly.
To avoid burning your wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water beforehand. You can also use metal. Skewer the chicken pieces and lay them on the prepared grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side.
Remove the skewers, cover with foil and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
