Step 1
Spread out the
Puff Pastry (1 sheet)
over a pie or tart mold and press into the mold. Remove the excess edges of puff pastry by pressing up against the edges of the pan.
Step 2
Preheat your oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 3
Next, place baking paper over the pastry and fill the pie with baking weights. Place into the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the pie crust from the oven and remove the weights and paper. Fill the pie with
Manchego Cheese (to taste)
and
Serrano Ham (to taste)
.
Step 5
In a bowl, beat the
Eggs (3)
and then add the
Cream (1 cup)
. Mix together, pour over the quiche, then let it settle.
Step 6
Place the quiche back in the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes at the same temperature.
Step 7
Once done, remove and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
